1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, and ATH Móvil.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
In the event of unsafe weather or mechanical issues, TQPR Boat Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
3. Tour Participation
Guests must arrive at the designated departure point on time. Delays may result in shortened tours or forfeiture.
All participants must follow crew instructions for safety and comply with onboard rules.
Minimum age and swimming ability may apply depending on the tour type.
Alcohol is permitted in moderation; however, any disorderly or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
4. Prohibited Items and Conduct
The following are not allowed on board: illegal substances, weapons, excessive alcohol, or disruptive conduct.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, if permitted by the captain.
Littering or harming marine life is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in water tours involves inherent risks. TQPR Boat Tours is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests participate at their own risk and must acknowledge our liability waiver before boarding.
6. Photography and Media
We may take photos or videos during tours to promote our services. By joining a tour, you grant TQPR Boat Tours the right to use your image unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.
7. Changes to Terms
TQPR Boat Tours reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
