Private charter with a licensed and experienced captain
Visit to Icacos and/or Palomino Islands (depending on the selected tour)
Snorkeling gear and floaties
Music system with Bluetooth connection
Cooler with ice and bottled water
Fuel and docking fees included
Life jackets for all passengers
🚫 What’s Not Allowed
No smoking or vaping on board
No illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption
No glass containers
No pets allowed (unless authorized in advance)
No excessive or disruptive behavior
No littering — please help us protect the ocean
🧭 Boarding & Departure
Departure is from Villa Marina, Fajardo, Puerto Rico
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time
Late arrival may result in reduced tour time or cancellation without refund

Maximum number of guests per tour is based on the vessel’s legal capacity
All passengers must follow the captain’s safety instructions
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Life jackets must be worn when instructed by the crew
💬 Cancellation & Weather Policy
Cancellations made with at least 72 hours notice are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may incur a penalty or no refund
In the event of bad weather or dangerous sea conditions, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain’s discretion
📦 What to Bring
Towels, sunscreen (reef-safe), sunglasses, hats
Snacks, drinks, and your preferred beverages (no glass)
Waterproof phone case or camera (optional)
Valid ID if paying at the dock
📸 Media & Photography
We may take photos or videos during the tour to promote our services
By boarding, you consent to the use of such media unless otherwise requested

Respect the ocean and wildlife — no feeding or touching marine animals
Please inform the crew of any medical conditions or allergies
The captain reserves the right to terminate the trip if rules are not followed, without refund
