Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and verified.
All prices are final โ we do not charge sales tax.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled tour: 100% refund
Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure: No refund
If your trip is canceled by us due to weather or safety conditions, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Please double-check the date and time of your reservation before submitting payment.
Payments must be made in full before the day of the tour unless otherwise arranged.
We do not accept cash payments on the day of the tour unless previously agreed.
